Wittner Wollman founders Jon Wittner and Jake Wollman's involvement with Reflection started when they were hired to sell the parking lot for the BridgePoint Church. The possibilities for the land inspired Wittner and Wollman to pitch the land as a development opportunity. They sold the site to local developer HP Capital for development of an 18-story, 88 unit condominium, valued at $100,000,000+. HP Capital retained Wittner and Wollman to Master List the pre-sale of the condominium units. This spectacular project is now completed and residents began to move in Summer of 2024. Now the building also hosts a two-sided multi-story mural by world-renowned artist Fintan Magee, and Reflection was the title sponsor for the SHINE Mural Festival's 10th year anniversary.
