WWG recapitalizing the historic Church with a sale to The DeNunzio Group, achieving the first Public Private Partnership with the City of St. Pete in 30 years for 300 parking spaces. This deal facilitated The DeNunzio Group building a 30-story mixed use building that will include a Hotel, Multi-Family, Office, Fitness, Parking and Retail/Restaurant.
