Wittner and Wollman assembled 2 key parcels (1.55 acres) in the heart of the EDGE district on behalf of Datz Restaurant Group for the development of the Dr. BBQ restaurant. WWG also represented Datz Restaurant Group when they sold the property to PTM Partners in 2023 to help consolidate the rapidly transforming double block directly north of the Tropicana Field redevelopment site.
