Justine Fite is a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Advisor who brings a fresh and unique perspective to the industry. Hailing from a family of real estate professionals, she was immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Justine fell in love with St. Petersburg’s vibrant community during her first visit, captivated by its sugar sand beaches and inspired by the city’s potential for growth and development.
Justine’s active involvement in her community and professional organizations underscores her commitment to growth and collaboration. She serves as the CCIM Pinellas County Chair for 2024 and the CCIM Events Chair for 2025 and is an active member of the St. Pete Arts Alliance. She also leads real estate efforts for Pure Green and supports cultural and preservation initiatives through her involvement with organizations such as the SHINE Mural Festival, The Egmont Key Alliance, The James Museum, and The DALI Museum.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and the History of Art & Visual Culture from UC Santa Cruz, Justine combines a keen understanding of societal trends with a deep appreciation for aesthetic and cultural values. As an anthropology student, Justine worked as an underwater survey archaeologist, excavating shipwrecks for historical preservation in the Caribbean. Maritime artifacts she helped uncover are now displayed in a museum in the Dominican Republic. Her background in event coordination and entertainment journalism has honed her skills in project management, strategic creativity, and trend analysis, enabling her to approach real estate ventures with adaptability and innovation.
Justine’s dedication to building strong relationships is at the heart of her approach, recognizing that trust and clear communication are essential to achieving client success. She is committed to delivering exceptional service, helping her clients realize their business, investment, and real estate goals.
