Jake Wollman, co-founder of Wittner Wollman Group, has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, focusing on representing developers and guiding the early stages of development projects. He specializes in connecting key stakeholders, including land use attorneys, architects, contractors, to form cohesive teams. Jake holds a B.S. in Finance and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Florida. During his studies, he participated in a business exchange program at the University of Manchester in England and completed a Master’s specialization in International Management at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
At the University of Florida, Jake served as President of the UF Real Estate Society, connecting students with the professional real estate community. He continued this commitment to mentorship and leadership as the University Alliance Chair and later as the Pinellas County Chair for CCIM’s West Coast District.
Professionally, Jake interned at Sperry Van Ness and Grimaldi Commercial, where he represented retail tenants and landlords and honed his skill in site selection. He then spent over 10 years as a commercial real estate advisor at KW Commercial before co-founding Wittner Wollman Group. His experience includes lease analysis, e-marketing campaigns, land development projects, and negotiating on behalf of landlords and property owners. Jake has facilitated financing and equity solutions for his customers as well as creative deal structures, including seller financing, lease-to-own, and joint venture transactions. He is also dedicated to supporting his passionate growing community by representing first-time tenants and startups, helping them establish a strong foundation in the market.
Outside of real estate, Jake serves as a trustee on the board of Menorah Life and on the board of his temple, Temple Beth El. These roles, combined with his deep ties to the local community, enhance his ability to forge meaningful partnerships and create value for the properties he manages.
